Dineout should atleast mention that the passes which we had bought were only for entry but nowhere on the invoice is it mentioned that we had to pay differently for the food.
And the host should have cleared whether we had to pay differently for the food at hyatt

We had talked to dineout and all they did was apologize but they did not do anything to help us in this situation.

Did nothing to help. In the end we had to pay a huge sum of bill without any prior notice .as we are students we had to pay from our savings for our books and daily necessities.

we were shocked as the invoice on the dineout app had mentioned free.we contacted dineout .the tried to cut us off by saying that christmas brunch was just for entry.(They had not mentioned a single word regarding 'entry' anywhere on the invoice.)

We said yes as the dineout invoice mentioned paid for 10 people.then we again confirmed with another host that is it free,when we showed him the invoice he said yes. We ate the meal. When we started to leave the manager came and told that we had to pay differently for the food.

My friend got offered free christmas brunch passes to hyatt pune on dineout app. So eight of us went for the brunch at 12pm on 25th December.when we reached we asked the host if the food was for free,he asked if it was paid.
