@NPCI_BHIM what a 3rd grade service. There are already 8 days gone from my failed transaction. I'm still waiting for my refund. No reply to my mail, DM etc. There is no support from your side. This seems like a fraudulent activity.

Their support is very worst. When calling to reliance retail they are telling to call jio mart and vice versa.
