Oleksiy Fedorovych Fedorov (1901–1989) was a Soviet Ukrainian political, military, and public figure. He was one of the key leaders of the partisan movement during the Great Patriotic War, a two-time Hero of the Soviet Union (1942, 1944), and held the rank of major general (as of April 9, 1943). He was Ukrainian, born in a village near the city of Dnipro.
