@USCISDirector@USCISDirector@doug_rand you said I don’t need to reapply for AOS and just a transfer of underlying basis (I-485J) is enough. Yet you are prioritizing new/reapply petitions over my case filed 21 Months ago. Why ? Prioritize NSC Oct-Dec 2020 EB cases . #Shame
@USCIS how are you determining which NSC cases to transfer to SCOPS? Cases around me have been transferred yet my case remains untouched. What gives? @doug_rand@USCISDirector@BradBanias anyone knows how the blackbox of USCIS works? Is lawsuit the new premium processing?
@USCIS@DepSecTien@DHSgov Congratulations to the three who were recognized!
And much gratitude to the ones who are also highly engaged, recognize the urgency/impact of their work, and put their best foot forward everyday. Thank you!
@USCIS I want independence from your out of order processing.I want independence after 14 years waiting for EB GC only to be denied by your inefficiencies.I want to break free from you. Adjudicate my NSC case which has been pending since Oct2020. WAKE UP NSC ! @doug_rand@USCISDirector
Have you already given up @USCIS ? Now you are trying to limit wastage? A week ago @doug_rand said it was possible to use all visas. What epiphany did you have in a week?
EB applicant musings:
Checking items off is good, unless it’s this list -
Priority date current for 12 months ✅
I-693 submitted ✅
I-485J submitted with Transfer of Underlying basis in 2021 ✅
Application stuck in NSC ✅
Anxiety still at peak ✅
@doug_rand@USCISDirector
Why not tweet something more insightful than tweeting the same tweet everyday about wasting EB greencards? How are you planning to adjudicate all the petitions you received back in 2020 in next 3 months? What’s being done about NSC and SRC slow processing?
@USCIS Fundamental question remains...
Why r I-485 apps being processed very randomly?
Oct 2020 receipt date apps r waiting adjudication while Jan 2022 apps are processed.
@USCISDirector@doug_rand any input?
@USCIS@USCISDirector@SpoxUSCIS I read so many tweets on USCIS efforts to use max EB greencard numbers. Part of the problem can be solved by processing 485 India applications from Oct/Nov 2020. They are waiting, while 1000s of applications received after that are being processed
@USCIS Again look at Nebraska Service Center. I think they have a different flowchart which no can decipher. I have been waiting 19 months and yet my petition is not getting adjudicated. Petitions filed after mine have been worked upon.#MakeNebraskaCenterWork#TransferCasestoNBC
Dear @USCIS Thats why TSC was transferring 2k daily cases to NBC but Nebraska was doing NONE for months! This is completely outrageous, when will NSC work with commitment of reducing backlog ? #MakeNSCWork#MakeNebraskaCenterWork#TransferCasestoNBC
In the OMB call @doug_rand mentioned that increase in processing times at NSC and SRC are nothing to worry about. But now @USCIS is using them as metrics to fend off congressional inquiries. So @USCISDirector ,r u ok with discriminating 2020 EB filers? #MakeNebraskaCenterWork
Does NSC @uscis understand concept of waiting in line/first come first serve/Receive Date!! Clearly, they missed kindergarten, knowing folks waiting since 12 years who filed in oct2020 still waiting while uscis processing later cases! #MakeNSCWork#MakeLINWork#TransferCasestoNBC
@USCIS Where is the light at the end of the tunnel for 2020 applicants? My application is EB2, early 2011 priority date, I-693 is attached, and it’s still in limbo at the Nebraska Service Center. And I am not alone. @USCISDirector@doug_rand#MakeNSCWork
