@caseysgenstore POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CRAP AP. I filled up my tank today. Went to my rewards to see if I had any offers. This offer came up. But since I had just filled up my tank and it wasn’t my “next visit” you wouldn’t honor it. How about making the CUSTOMER choose WHEN. 😡🤬

@SecCardona What about borrowers who don’t work in public service? Ones who also couldn’t get degrees and have crushing student loans? I have student loans that I cannot afford. I’m not a deadbeat, but life made it impossible for me to get a degree. Where’s our relief?

@caseysgenstore Not cool. Came in to use rewards app to get free slice with Gatorade and the cashier told me your rewards system was down. Had 2 pay full price. Poor customer service. your system is down, not my problem. You should still honor rewards.

@BurgerKing Julian @ Glendale Heights, IL needs better customer service skills, sanitation skills & work breakfast. I stood @ the counter for a minute before he got off his phone. He got frustrated with my order. Didn’t wash hands after wiping down a counter before touching food.

Got McDonald’s for breakfast and got overcharged for a drink. All soft drinks are $1. All Cafe drinks are $2. The meal price includes a drink, so the upcharge for the Iced Mocha should have only been $1. Not $2 #notmclovinit #McDonalds #mcdonaldscorporate #okeefefamilymcdonalds
