@live4more22@AmericanAir Hi fellow passenger!
Echoing your statement about the professionalism and hard work by the flight crew.
Also want to shout out the medical professionals on board that assisted and likely made a huge difference in the passenger’s recovery.
@SouthwestAir The local (at origin) baggage team refused to return my bags. They even were sarcastic about retrieving my contacts/glasses when I said I needed them to see and asked “Do you need a paramedic? We can call one for you.”
Your team needs to do better when cancelling flights.
.@SouthwestAir very aggravating that you won’t release people’s bags after cancelling all flights for the day/evening. Understand that weather isn’t controllable but you should return their bags.
@SouthwestAir The folks in the airport were the worst resource. They provided zero help and were unwilling to return my bags despite having a canceled flight. What options are available to those who are no longer flying with you to retrieve their bags?
Using the @marcus HYSA has easily been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They refuse to allow you to transfer funds to an external account, even after spending hours with their reps verifying that the account is yours. #Banking#CustomerService
. Hey @Citibank you unilaterally and with zero notice or warning decided to close my account with no advance notice and now are refusing to release the funds in my accounts. Give me back my money.
@FedEx I gotta say, your store policies around picking up packages are very extreme. Your driver failed to attempt to deliver, and now I had to go through multiple steps to prove my identity for a $20 package.
