Business non-compliant with the state mandated shutdown. At least seven inside drinking before shutting the lights off and refusing to open the door. Let take this serious people!
UPDATE: Missing man with autism was located earlier today.
At approximately 1130 am, 26 year old Dylan Holden was found by Police. He was previously reported as a missing person on Friday night. The NSPPD would like to thank all those who helped participate in this incident.
NSPPD is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man
with autism. 26 yo Dylan Holden was last seen in the area of
7th Ave/Charles St in NSP. Holden doesn't speak but knows his name. Holden wore a navy blue shirt w/ “Open Streets 2015” & gray shorts. Call 911 if located.
These 2 unknown subjects entered a residence on the 2000 blk of 17th Ave through a garage door that was left open overnight. The subjects were scared off by a resident who was still awake at the time of the Burglary.

@08_relax@wwozzydo Yes, he was very energetic and a handful. Sadly due to staffing, we were not able to watch him all night so we had to transport him to a care center.

No joke, this driver was texting about the ‘hands free law’ while I was watching her in the next lane. She then put phone up to her ear to make a call. Thanks for spreading the word but COME ON! She was given a citation #HandsFreeMN
