I haven’t had internet since hurricane ida hit on august 29th. Our area was destroyed so I give spectrum the benefit of doubt knowing there was not a single line standing after. My problem is the lack of communication with your customers. 0 updates/no eta on return services.
@PlayVALORANT please do not act like you have found the solution to this computer freezing problem on start up by blaming it on faceit. I don’t even have it on my computer and it’s still doing it to me. I uninstalled vanguard and reinstalled like you said to do and still freezing
They say there is nothing they can do other than reschedule for 3 days later at 8pm. The fact that I am not made a priority after not only having issues for so long with service that I am paying for but also your employee just not even showing up is absolutely ridiculous.
