Dear @FinMinIndia , please keep UPI free for small-value transactions. Extra charges can discourage digital payments and push common people back towards cash. UPI should remain simple, affordable & accessible for everyone. 🙏🇮🇳

Residents of Bajapur, Kakatpur (Puri district, Odisha) are facing frequent power cuts, especially during night hours. The situation is causing sleepless nights for families, difficulties for students preparing for exams, inconvenience to senior citizens, and disruption of essential household activities.

We humbly request your urgent intervention to ensure a stable and uninterrupted electricity supply, particularly during nighttime. Reliable power is a basic necessity and greatly impacts the quality of life of rural residents.

Kindly look into this issue and take necessary corrective measures at the earliest.

Petrol prices hiked again, and once again the common man is forced to suffer.
Every ₹1 increase affects transport, vegetables, milk, food delivery, small businesses and daily survival of middle-class & poor families.
People’s salaries are not increasing every week, but fuel prices are.
How long will citizens continue paying the price for policy failures and heavy taxation?
Petrol has become a luxury for common Indians while inflation is crushing household budgets.
The government must reduce excise duty and bring petrol & diesel under GST to provide real relief to the public.”

Electricity, petroleum, and gas are essential services and uninterrupted supply is important for citizens. However, people also have questions: why were preventive measures not taken earlier to avoid reaching a situation where emergency restrictions became necessary?

Citizens expect long-term planning, workforce engagement, infrastructure preparedness, and timely action—not only emergency decisions during crises. Public interest should include both uninterrupted services and addressing concerns raised by employees and consumers.

People want solutions that balance continuity of essential services with transparency, accountability, and fair decision-making. Governance should not only act during emergencies but also focus on prevention and public confidence.
People expect governance that works on the ground, anticipates challenges in advance, engages with stakeholders, and takes responsibility through action—not only after problems arise.
