Started the day in Sveti Stefan with a good meeting with Chancellor Christian Stocker at the Berlin Process Summit.

Since my visit to Vienna in June, Kosova has constituted its new Assembly, formed its Government and elected its President. As Chancellor Stocker has said, all candidates must be treated equally, under the same conditions. On merit, Kosova is ready for the next step on its European path: candidate status and the opening of negotiations.

We also discussed economic cooperation in energy, railways and digital technology, where Austrian companies and our diaspora are investing ever more.

After 3:1 in Vienna and 1:1 in Prishtina, we are getting closer on the pitch too.
