Be aware of road closures 🚧 as Main Street/ SR 11 between Melrose Drive and Chestnut St./ Centerville Pl. in the Village of will be closed from approx. 9am-10:30am.

The North Syracuse Police Department is urging drivers to buckle up during the National 'Click It or Ticket' enforcement initiative. The national seat belt campaign runs from May 22 to June 4. The campaign reminds drivers and their passengers of the importance of buckling up.

The “No Empty Chair” teen driving safety education and enforcement campaign raises awareness of highway dangers in hopes there will be no empty chairs during prom and graduation season.

The campaign begins today and runs through Friday, April 28.
