@SamsungMobile and @Game_Stores , i purchased a Tv online in March this year and it stopped working in less than a month. @SamsungMobileSA called a technician to come see what the problem was and found the tv to be faulty. we then requested an exchange.
I am then no longer interested in an exchange because there's been a back & forth regarding the collection of the TV as it was an online purchase. we've been asked to bring the TV back to the store which is impossible on our side and they are refusing to bring a courier.
