@Shopify@ShopifySupport@harleyf@tobi I'm posting this publicly because I've spent nearly 3 months trying every private channel and have not received a single substantive response.
On Jan 26 you disabled Shopify Payments on my store. Since then i've tried working it out with you guys for nearly 3 months with no reply at all. Here is what the account actually looked like at the time of disablement:
• 0.32% chargeback rate
• 10–15 total chargebacks
• $211K MRR, on track for $1.5–2M Rev/month
• ~89% of subscribers paying through Shop Pay
• Fully TOS-compliant, 100% legal product
When Payments was disabled, the entire Shop Pay subscription base I built went with it.
I've submitted the formal appeal, emailed credit.risk multiple times, and reached out to @harleyf directly through email and Telegram. Nearly 3 months in, no substantive response from anyone.
All I'm asking is that a human at Shopify open the file and conduct a fair review. Happy to continue this conversation in DMs the moment someone with authority is willing to look at it.
Please if you guys could share this for exposure it'd mean a lot.
Met the most humble guy today, at a funeral. Exited 70% of his biz for 75M$ to a PE Firm.
Yeah we have a small software company… little did I know
Learned a few bits & pieces, life is crazy
Past few days in Dubai have been an absolute blast:
- Made more money in 3 days then the month before
- Strategized on the new Software we are building
- Spent a lot of time around cool people, learning a ton about systems & how to operate
- Sleep is perfect, Nutrition dialed
Life in Dubai just different.

Only fucked up thing is that 90% of women are prostitutes. Besides that love this place, gotta find me a Spanish ting it seems
@ceojavici To be honest not too bad, it was quite hot first few days of August now it’s becoming more & more easy to go outside. I enjoy it being a bit less busy, good for actually locking in / minimizing distractions
