'Full Circle-Premium Shege' captures what most of us are already living: the dwindling purchasing power of the Naira, a falling standard of living, and the silent weight of watching things fall apart under a certain "Progressive" leadership.
@ManjaroEsienIta wrote and produced this short film, his debut, to share a perspective on the challenges Nigerians face in today’s economic and political landscape.
I was proud to join this production with Capital Power Multimedia, bringing creative direction to the edit and final cut.
@sashabone She involved welfare because according to her Precious had shared stories and details of her life in the village, which proved that she was being abused back home.
@horrmmotola She was not her maid. The lady took her like a daughter and said she initially wasn’t looking to take her at all but it’s a miracle the way the girl came into her life. Her words“I was looking for help not knowing I was called to be a helper”. The girl had suffered abuse at home.
@FiberOne_help@abbytheyapper@FOBroadband Hello Fibre one. I’ve not had internet in over two weeks. The modem has been blinking with the red light. Ticket raised since April 24th! No resolution nor update. This is corporate thievery!
Prosperity and poverty are not reliable indicators of God’s favour or disfavour.
Scripture breaks that assumption. “He makes His sun rise on the evil and the good” (Matthew 5:45). Outward conditions are not the measure of God’s heart toward us.
If we read circumstances as proof of blessing or rejection, we will misjudge both God and ourselves. The rich man may be far from Him, and the suffering believer may be deeply held by Him. “We brought nothing into the world… if we have food and covering, with these we shall be content” (1 Timothy 6:7-8).
Our anchor is not what we have or lack, but what God has promised in the gospel. “Having been justified by faith, we have peace with God” (Romans 5:1).
That does not change with gain or loss, comfort or hardship.
So we do not read God’s favour in our circumstances. We read it at the cross.
And that is the only anchor that holds.
Oh Lord, help us this day to remember and never take for granted the love of Him who laid down His life for us.
Help us to see the wonder of love and to surrender forever to it. ✝️
@UcheMerife@Morris_Monye Thank you for educating them about the law. That marriage is null and void. You need consent and capacity to enter into a legal union.
This is very commendable. I'm proud to witness this educational feat happening across my homeland. Kudos to your organise and our young children participating in this.
Every child who registered regardless of economic background participated in South East Maths Olympiad.
It was 100% computer based and no child felt disadvantaged.
We are solving so many societal problems through mathematics.
