No serious observer will believe that the Military is sincerely concerned about abuse of authority by Generals. Abductions, harassment, torture and blackmail has been the norm in Balochistan and KP since early 2000s and they became the trend across urban centres since 2017 with unprecedented increase after 9th May 2023. Those who today direct illegal raids, abductions and torture are claiming to hold another officer accountable for same transgressions. As a Candidate in the Election and being guardian of the Votes of all Voters in my Constituency regardless for whomever the voters have voted for I must share that as per Form 45 received so far from 42 polling stations out of total 159 stations in #PS110, #PTI is currently leading, #JI second and we are third and now results of remaining polling stations are being delayed or denied including using tactics like not starting the counting or Polling Staff making ridiculous excuses that they don't have hardcopy of Form 45 to fill and give to polling agents.

Rule 84 of Election Rules, 2017 requires each Returning officer to communicate scanned copy of Form 47 containing provisional results to ECP electronically on or before 2 am the day immediately following the polling day. One can understand if a few ROs are unable to communicate the provisional results to ECP but if none of the 859 ROs has communicated result to ECP by 2 am, then is it a system failure or an organised mutiny by the ROs? @ECP_Pakistan
