@JohnPompliano This was for only the leasehold interest (the building, not the land). The 2006 price would be for the fee interest (the building and the land). Thatβs an important distinction.
@brianbeers The cash accounting here where you count deposits for future builds as revenues but donβt include any cost to build those future units is misleading. What is the all-in net margin % per unit?
