Hey! There is this conjecture (? maybe?) that I'm trying to remember... So there's this math process, where you take a number, you do some stuff to it, and the answer always simplifies to like, 1? Does that ring any bells? #math#mtbos
just received word that my district is adopting canvas (our lms) "new quiz" feature, which will destroy all the testbanks I've made. The next quizes will only accept question banks in the QTI format. Are there good programs to generate QTI compatable content? #edtech
@rhine_o sorry! Last question! I just noticed "alternate team color naming". Does that mean I can somehow make two separate lists with one shake? The "number" team and a "color" team?
@rhine_o hey! So I LOVE team shake, but the colors for teams can be tough if I'm printing off a black-and-white seating chart. Is there a high-contrast button I'm missing or something like that?
@MickieGibbs2 Hey! I know you didn't ask this, but I would save the first couple pages for the table of contents, and have the students spend the first day numbering their pages. It saved time for me in the long run
@TamirDHarper@KesslerDr PLUS you get so much bonus points with parents because you doing this puts you in the minority of teachers and they instantly think you'll be doing more to help their kid. Money in the bank
@TamirDHarper Following the example of my former boss, @KesslerDr , I give my cellphone out to all my parents and include it on my emails to them. I make it clear to NEVER give it to their kids, and it has never been a boundary issue with the parents. Try it once, and you will be hooked.
@BillieRubenMake hello! I just saw on hackaday that you did a conference on 3d printing to fabric! I'm sorry I missed it. Is there a recording available?
