They will also be going down this same route, the CPS might decide not to charge them. Here they have obviously decided that the evidence is clear. It's not two tier, it's due process.

@Stephen1970t @GothScot @alex_henks27 Absolutely no one is saying what he did was right. No one. He'll go to trial and most likely be sentenced. The difference though is if he's not admitted to the crime that the police are saying he has committed when interviewed then it can't get fast tracked.
