The team I work with are amazing and the staff that have been moved in to help us are doing an excellent job. I’m thankful for them and I am meeting people I’d have never worked with as they’re from all areas. We are all working together.
A little update as I know I’ve been silent but I feel that’s how I need to take it currently. Work hasn’t been too bad. We have seen the success of a few patients getting out of ITU to the ward and back home to their families. I think the trust have just under 200 recoveries 💙
Is exceptionally sad. People are saying covid patients are dying alone. They’re dying without family present but my colleagues are doing all we can to ensure someone is with them whilst passing.
Hey guys, sorry I’ve been quiet! I feel so much better now. The testing is now within my trust but unfortunately as I’m not symptomatic I can’t be tested. I’d need the blood test to know if it was COVID. Thanks for thinking of me. Work is really busy and some things we are seeing
All you people #clapforNHS use that energy for something constructive, vote for people who don't strip our NHS, write to your MP let them know they will loose your support if they ever cut NHS funding in the future and make the ones that cut NHS in the past pay.
@Muslim__Patrol Hey, I’m currently off sick and self isolating and simply not feeling up to it. Cannot get tested to see if it’s it but hopefully I’ll feel better soon! Hope you’re keeping well xx
We will get through this together, and we will beat the virus.
To win this fight, we need everyone to follow our advice: as far as possible, we want you to stay at home. The more effectively everyone does this, the faster this country will recover.

Happy Mother’s Day to anyone this applies too. Especially those key workers who are away from their children today and staying at work to help this pandemic. #CoronavirusPandemic#MothersDay
Pubs, restaurants and businesses are closed.. yet there’s still loads and loads of traffic continuously on the road all throughout the night and day. Where are people going? #StayAtHome
Yesterday’s shift started like any normal shift would have. Reassuring.. within one hour we were bleeped to an emergency for #COVIDー19 and the patient was very sick. It’ll be interesting to see if this is a positive case as all the signs are there.
I think of the patients who have waited for appointments or elective surgery who has faced the phone call of a cancellation. I am one of them and I have waited five months for the appointment. It’ll probably be a long time before I get another but this is the reality.
