We are in favour of BC health care providers working together to improve the health of patients/clients. We are not in favour of creating adversarial relationships with colleagues.
We have come a long way, often in the face of some resistance, to integrate NPs into the care system in BC -- especially in the context of primary care. I honour the many many nurses, NPs, allies, and policy makers who have been part of this long and complex process @nnp_bc
Glad to hear it. While I respect the work done, there are many things that need to change. Nurses being afraid to disagree for fear of reprisal from leadership is one. I hope that your door is open to conversation. https://t.co/1EVW8SEG5C
Leadership change at BCNU- https://t.co/tpMMMOz3Wy Let's hope @csorensen4 can actually model a kinder union, more responsive to members, less divisive.
Revising 'Advanced Nursing Practice: A National Framework' to ensure its relevancy & currency in light of new realities in education, legislation, policy and practice. Take 30-45 minutes to complete our survey. https://t.co/gakJYFFfOe
The irony of the union being worried about wasting nurses' money is not lost on those of us who are concerned about the number of lawsuits BCNU has active- against our college our association, individuals etc. Concerned about how you're spending our money? Then stop lawsuits. https://t.co/EyMGrzo4YH
