@AmazonHelp@AmazonAE Happy to report that for the 5th time my Prime order that I needed yday to my office address showed as to be delivered by 9PM & wasn’t received. Your courier never called. Looking forward to this happening for 3 days in a row before it gets auto cancelled & I never order again!
Hi @AmazonAE, can you ensure your couriers can differentiate between office and residential addresses. This is the third time I face an issue with Prime orders to my office that show to be delivered by 9PM (instead of 6PM), only to be eventually marked as undeliverable.
@AmazonHelp I hope this change gets implemented. Otherwise I would hate to have to switch from @AmazonAE to those yellow packages and boxes in 2021 if this continues to happen.
@AmazonHelp I am giving you a suggestion: clearly label office addresses to be delivered by 6PM so drivers know. I’ve had to leave my house at 9PM and intercept a driver on the road once because I needed my package urgently. I was lucky he called me. Others mark it as undeliverable.
@AmazonHelp I have called your team several times. Their hands are tied, as they cannot contact the drivers directly. It’s an endless frustration which could be resolved by a simple change making our lives easier: mark office addresses clearly, hence prioritizing them to reach before 6PM
