My father had his brain surgery last month, we spent nearly 15 lacs and going on,
We can't reimburse it, health card doesn't work fr us, then what is the other solution for it ?

What is the use of Health card ?
It doesn't work in any hospital, doesn't get any reimbursement for the aided teachers.
We recently received the health card
When there is no use why did they approved it ?
My father worked 30 years as aided teacher. He had his brain surgery
