Figures, diet was going great and then I get my period and I could eat everything in sight. My body is against me.

I workout I lose my appetite. But I need some food for energy to workout more. Without food all I do is sleep. How do athletes do this?

This is taking too long. I do everything I should people say I look thinner,my clothes are loose but I don't feel it or see it in the mirror
