The summer season has started in earnest with @SwintonRC ladies 5 mile trail run.
We have supported the team here for a few years now and today's run is their 33rd year of this race!
The race is well organised & takes in some beautiful trails around the area #forwhensecondscount

Busy but fun weekend at #HawkstonePark #motocross #motox with #fasteddy.
Few casualties treated quickly and safely managed. Enhanced skills meant most could be treated on site.

Her granddaughter had facial injuries playing hockey at a different school and there was noone there to provide any real first aid for her!
