#2 Northwest-RRW crowns 6 champions and wins the 22 team Northwest Invite on Saturday. #1 Cedar Falls is second, #4 Lewis Central finishes third. The girls are back in action Tuesday at the CIML meet.

Wolves go 5-0 at the Al Garrison Memorial Duals earning wins over Iowa City Liberty 56-12, Carlisle 40-28, Millard West 70-9, Western Dubuque 45-28, and Ames 66-13. Undefeated: Carew, Joey, Hayden, Jamal, and Henry #OnePack

Northwest-RRW wrestlers are champions of the 45 team Dan Gable Donnybrook. The girls placed in 12 of the 14 weight classes, 6 in the top 5. Their 344.5 points defeated defending state champion Decorah by 47 points. Ankeny was 3rd. Congratulations ladies!
Northwest Dance team shines at the ISDTA State Championships. The girls are state champs in the Lyrical and Contemporary categories in the Large school class. And place Runner up in Pom. Also Addi Smith is Solo champion, Alivia Varley 3rd and Savannah Danger 7th!

Northwest follows up last nightβs diving success with an outstanding day of swimming. The Wolves win 3 events, post seven top 3 finishes and score 243 points to bring home the State Runner Up trophy! Great job ladies!
