Go New York, Go New York, Go! 🏀
NYC DOT has Knicks Fever! From the streets to the ferries, we’re repping the orange and blue.
Bring it home. LET’S GO KNICKS!
The future of deliveries might not involve a truck at all.
Our microhub pilot has helped eliminate over 3,000 truck trips by shifting last-mile deliveries to cargo bikes and handcarts.
We’re expanding the program with new locations and inviting interested business to apply.
Limited Batch Sign Drop!
We’re bringing back our Knickerbocker sign.
There’s absolutely no reason why we’re doing this other than our love for Knickerbocker Avenue!
Get yours today before they’re all gone!

34th Street is getting the busway treatment. 🚌💨
We’re moving forward with a busway on Manhattan’s 34th Street, bringing faster, more reliable service to more than 28,000 daily riders. The busway will run in both directions between Third Ave and Ninth Ave.
The World Cup is coming, and Midtown deliveries will look different ⚽️🚚📦
Truck deliveries will be restricted between 30th and 60th Streets on match days.

The World Cup is coming!⚽️🗽
During local match days, we’re creating dedicated bus corridors and restricting truck deliveries in Midtown (30th St-60th St) to reduce congestion and prioritize mass transit access to games in New Jersey.

The time has come for McGuinness Boulevard!
We’ve officially broken ground on the complete McGuinness Boulevard redesign.
The redesign will extend the existing parking-protected lanes running between Meeker Avenue and Calyer Street northbound up to the Pulaski Bridge.
Alternate Side Parking @NYCASP rules will be suspended Wednesday-Thursday, May 27-28 for Idul-Adha (Eid Al-Adha). Parking meters will remain in effect.
The #StatenIslandFerry will operate on a holiday schedule on Monday, May 25, 2026 for #MemorialDay.
#SIFerry service will be provided every 30 minutes, the regular schedule will resume at midnight.
Don’t let a celebration end in tragedy. 🍻⚽️🚕
Ahead of Memorial Day and the FIFA World Cup, we’re partnering with NYPD to ramp up anti-DWI enforcement and encourage New Yorkers to assist a friend in getting home safe by taking transit, a cab, or choosing a designated driver.
The most scenic commutes are in bike lanes 🚴🚴♀️🚴♂️
NYC DOT’s Bike to Work Day was a big hit, but really any day is a good day to bike to work.
NYC’s many bike lanes give you a view of the city like you’ve never seen it.
A donated bike can mean freedom, opportunity, and an efficient way to travel.💖🚲
We distributed 240 refurbished bicycles to underserved communities on Staten Island through our annual Donate-A-Bike campaign with @bikenewyork, @FerryHawks, and other partners.

1,000 World Cup tickets. $50 each. All for New Yorkers.
We fought hard to make the people’s game available to the people — and won.
Let the summer of soccer begin.
