During yesterday’s blizzard, @CMChrisMarte and @SpeakerMenin joined the Smith Houses Tenant Association, @RethinkFood, and @Chefscape NYC to deliver 250 meals to seniors and vulnerable residents.

For 25 years, Carlos was a vital part of @NYCCouncil, leading with kindness, dedication, and a deep love for NYC. His legacy of service lives on, and we are proud to carry it forward.
