@FlyAirNZ Kia ora—thank you for the response but the 2 paid Skycouches we booked were for toddler safety and comfort on the 12h leg. ‘Same cabin’ rebooking to economy isn’t comparable under Star Alliance Rule 5.2. Please escalate to Duty Ops/Revenue for same-day flat space.

I contacted @VitalChek as instructed but have been unable to reach anyone (on hold for 1h 7m on 4/20 & 4h 41m today!) This is completely unacceptable! Why would you ask someone to call a number to fix the problem if no one ever picks up? Is this service a scam?
@Hertz I have an early job interview tomorrow and I’m stuck in the garage with about 15 cars waiting to check out... this is unacceptable... hertz needs to think hard about giving us refunds
