The Acting was superb... casting on point...so good to see so many great faces from the Black British scene. Shout out @THEREALGHETTS ...gave me a real jump scare at the car window 😱. You all did an amazing job!! I watched the series in 1 sitting...the cliffhanger was alot 😬

The focus on SICKLE CELL ... the layered approach to giving information while entertaining..the scene of a mother having a crisis..as a Nurse I FULLY appreciated the public health aspect and then mutation to a Superhero...BOOM🔥 I love the writing @RealRapman Just Brilliant!!

Yes there was gangs..but then there was a social worker and a nurse ..a Dad trying to find his feet with his son..a character who experiences racism from his own mother..a hard working delivery driver ..and a strong African Grandmother...I loved all the characters..they were REAL

SUPERCELL Review- I've often said that Black British Film/ TV has a focus on gangs & violence as though that is the only reality of the Black experience in London worthy of being conveyed. As a geek I've wanted to see fantasy & superheros I love that kinda stuff..SUPERCELL ATE!

This little one was nervous it was her first ever facepaint. She had her chin firmly pinned down to her chest and wouldn't look up
NO PROBLEM as a seasoned professional my mirror was hung around my neck...so she could watch the process.
