A law degree can take you far beyond a courtroom. At this year’s @NYLawSchool commencement address, I reflected on the many ways I’ve used mine over the years—as a lawyer, small business owner, nonprofit founder, community advocate, and public servant. To the Class of 2026: embrace change, trust your preparation, and never underestimate your ability to adapt when life takes an unexpected turn. Congratulations!
