There are so many in society who take more than they give back, but singling out immigrants is not the answer

He didn’t say that though did he? He just said immigrants.

Either way the royal family are widely known to have married cousins.
That’s just not true, I work with them daily. Often I’m the only British person there. We don’t train enough people to treat our ageing population.

@doctor_dru_ Genuinely really liked PBL where I did it. Lectures from scientists plus PBL sessions with GP tutors. Great environment and gave a framework to hang knowledge off - bit like everything though the implementation is important
