@Gwynbleidd1724@ScoutTottenham It's okay, Chelsea sold Kdb and Salah. The world didn't end. We can't continue hoping he'll be a great guy someday. Sometimes that's what's required - A Basel or Wolfsburg - to get the player in the right frame of mind.
@JeffreyPWiesner I think both singleness and marriage are gifts, and should be stewarded with contentment. Whether temporal or lifelong, I believe the import to be the same. Faithfulness in the season God has called you to.
I believe marriage is beautiful and should be desired.
All I know is that emails were more than that. Handina zvakawanda zvekutaura. Amwe ma figures ayo were made up to counter the brazen reality.
Chinhu ichi hachisi popular. Kungoti Zanupf yajaira kuita zvainoda nesu.
Parliament is citing figures showing that over 537,000 submissions supported the Bill, while only 2,935 opposed it. Of those opposing submissions, 1,472 reportedly came via email. Given the level of criticism and opposition that appeared visible online, those numbers raise legitimate questions about the consultation process.
I am not alleging wrongdoing, but transparency would help build public confidence. Parliament should consider releasing the 1,472 opposing submissions in anonymized form, along with details of how email submissions were received, processed, and counted. This would allow independent verification and address concerns that some emails may have been filtered, missed, or otherwise excluded.
It is also possible that many Zimbabweans who opposed the Bill felt resigned to the outcome and chose not to participate formally. Whatever the case, when results are this overwhelmingly one-sided, greater transparency is in the public interest.
Hopewell, disagreement with the outcome does not automatically mean the figures are false. If you believe the numbers are inaccurate, then challenge the methodology, the data collection process, or the verification process with evidence. Simply calling them "ridiculous" is not evidence.
What many people seem to forget is that Parliament conducted consultations across all provinces and also received written submissions from various groups, organisations and individuals. The fact that a large majority may support a proposal does not, by itself, prove manipulation. Sometimes public opinion is simply different from what is reflected on social media timelines.
You are entitled to oppose CAB 3, but opposition to the Bill should not become an excuse to dismiss every institution and every outcome that does not align with your position. Parliament is a constitutional institution, and unless there is proof that the figures were fabricated, accusations of rigging remain just thatโaccusations.
The same principle applies in any democracy: claims require evidence. If there is evidence, present it. If not, then it is fair to acknowledge that many Zimbabweans may genuinely hold views different from those circulating online.
Social media is not Zimbabwe, and Zimbabwe is not social media.

@HandofArsenal If you are in a pit stop digging. Taking a swipe at Spurs won't get you the Champions league or make Gabriel and Eze's penalty misses count.
