@RDriscollCPA@claudeai There are real concerns about data security, and PII when AI is being used. Giving Claude Code access to your computer will send all sorts of files on your computer to Anyrhopic and Claude will look at all the things you are saying you do not want Claude looking at.
You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold."
So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house?
I didn't sell it.
I didn't cash out.
I didn't make a profit.
But somehow I'm paying taxes on paper gains every single year.
Interesting how "unrealized gains" only become a problem when wealthy folks are involved.
@CMcCulloughEA Sounds like I got lucky when the agent I spoke to first said that it was with international and I needed to call them, and then when I did the agent with international said they would assign it to themselves
@BYUBroseph@TexasCowgrl1111 The government wants to tax everything, but my point still stands that property taxes and income taxes (tax on unrealized gain) are not the same thing
Division III uses a metric called the NCAA Power Index (NPI) as the sole criterion for selection and seeding. Here's how the CFP bracket might look using NPI:
Objectively, how do you defend this:
Miami (10–2)
– ESPN SOS: 45
– ESPN SOR: 14
– Did not play for a conference championship
– Losses: Two 8–4 teams (SMU, Louisville)
BYU (11–2)
– ESPN SOS: 22
– ESPN SOR: 9
– Played in the Big 12 championship
– Losses: No. 4 Texas Tech on the road & in the Big 12 title game
Notre Dame (10–2)
– ESPN SOS: 44
– ESPN SOR: 13
– Did not play for a conference championship
– Losses: Miami (who lost to two 8–4 teams) & No. 7 Texas A&M
