This night I cried myself to sleep.

I was trying to warn the other women.

I woke up to nearly 100M views and confirmation MOST people don’t agree and were being SILENCED.

Aside from my mothers death -

Remember that hijab that Muslims are adamant is a choice? That nobody’s forced to wear it? That women willingly put it on? Yeah, that same hijab! Woman in Iran is denied medical treatment because she’s not wearing one. And the man recording it is harassed because that means they can’t deny the dehumanizing effect of hijab and how women are forced into it. This is the reality of hijab.

@sharrond62 I can identify as 70 but it doesn’t make it true and I can’t collect retirement benefits. Same if I identify as a 5 year old but will not be allowed to sit in kindergarten. You can “claim” to be anything you like but rules don’t change because of your “feelings.”
