In an effort to ensure Public/Traffic Safety during the Sail250’s aerial display, the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge upper level will be closed to vehicular traffic between 0945--1130 hours on Saturday, 7/4/26. The lower level will remain open.

Our officers continue to target illegal moped activity. Unregistered and uninsured bikes are being confiscated, and reckless operators face heavy fines or arrest.
