I'm an island & hold Drury to almost no fault.
Injuries to key players (from 2 ECF runs) & infighting left an impossible situation.
He found solutions, 1 by 1.
Even last year, slim chance til Fox & Shesty hurt.
Summer he filled out the puzzle. Not perfect but not done.

Funny how things happen sometimes. Filling Shesty's skates would be daunting for anybody. But after the waivers fiasco Garand comes in with that chip on his shoulder & sounds not just unfazed but anxious to get goin'.
He should provide quality starts.
