Workout Wednesday - Burpee Challenge!
Complete the following:
1 burpee, 9 air squats
2 burpees, 8 air squats
3 burpees, 7 air squats
And so on until the round of 9 burpees is completed.

Lemon rosemary chicken! I season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, & rosemary. Then I sear it in a pan with oil and lemon juice for 5 min on each side. Next I top them with lemon slices and pop it in the oven at 425 for 35 mins. Photo and recipe by
