@Yogeshthakurnz This could be related to an upgrade the previous weekend which was causing an HTTP 500 error for some users. We found clearing the browser history/cache resolved the issue. Please let us know if you are still getting the error message
@staskulesh If your email address has been correctly provided on the application, then yes we should email you. If you want to DM us the application number we can explore what was happening with phone number you were given.
@staskulesh Contact timeframes depend if it is a standard or urgent passport application. As a witness you need to be available to be contacted by the passports office, but we do not contact the witness for every single application we receive.

@xjawdsx @govtnz Kia ora Jordan. - New Zealand Passports (for ages 16+) have a validity of 10 years. We have no plans to change this. As to where you might be able to travel to, this will be up to each individual country and their travel restrictions. I hope this helps.
