@mclayrot Oh weird -- DNS issues take a while to propagate out and fix. oTranscribe also tries to cache a lot of things locally so that it should (mostly) work when we're down or you're off-line.

@michaelfraydk Oh no! Sorry to hear that. If it’s not showing up when you click on the history button in the sidebar, than probably not - it looks like the memory was wiped for some reason.
@MichaelAHann Oh that’s weird! I’d recommend making sure you’re running the latest version of the browser(s). Are these from different recording software or all the same one? Might also help to try converting file type before transcribing.
