@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I’d like to know why, if the lenders have been Affordability testing mortgages at 5 or 6% for years, why so many people can’t afford those mortgages when the rates DO hit that level. Has the Rate Switch mindset of lenders been masking a bigger problem of unchecked consumer debt?

@wetsuitoutlet Hi,Ordered 2 SUPs from you last weekend so we’d have them for 1/2 term. UPS tried delivery on Mon but missed the wife.said they’d come back Tues but didn’t. Have tried changing delivery address but heard nothing. Pretty rubbish really. Can you intervene ASAP pls?
