BREAKING: January 6 Committee member Congressman Adam Schiff drops bombshell, puts Donald Trump on notice that the crimes that he committed before, during, and after January 6 are “far more significant” than his Espionage Act violations, demands that Special Counsel Jack Smith immediately charge Trump for inciting the insurrection and trying to steal Biden’s win.

Congressman Schiff continued, telling Jen Psaki that “it was first-ever attempt by a president to interfere in the peaceful transfer of power in our country; the violent attack of thousands of people against police officers at the Capitol designed to stop the joint session from certifying the new winner of the presidential election, Joe Biden. It’s hard to imagine a more serious set of offenses than that.

He concluded. “On the January 6th Committee, we recommended that the Justice Department investigate Trump’s role and likely violation of multiple laws. The Special Counsel should reach a conclusion of his investigation very soon because it has taken WAY too long to get to where they are. We're now more than two years since those events and we need speedy justice."

In direct response to Ron DeSantis’ book banning in Florida, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker just signed a law that will make Illinois the FIRST state to END book bans!

Oh this is good.

Not only will it stop Illinois libraries across the states from banning books and other materials, but it will DISQUALIFY libraries from being eligible for state grants if they don’t comply.

“In Illinois, we don’t hide from the truth, we embrace it and lead with it,” Pritzker said. “Banning books is a devastating attempt to erase our history and the authentic stories of many.”

Efforts to curb reading materials are “about restricting the freedom of ideas that certain individuals disagree with,” Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias said.

This is a huge win for FREEDOM and education! The state of Illinois is sending a message that parents and kids should be able to choose what they would like to read!

BREAKING: Trumper Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is confronted by a school shooting survivor as she is walking to Congress, and her response is VERY telling.

The survivor asked her, “What’s your plan to end gun violence?

But before Grenee could respond, one of Greene’s heels fell off — and before putting it back on, Greene wiped the bottom of her dirty foot on her other leg, before putting the heel back on and responding, “I support the Second Amendment.”

But the survivor didn’t let her stop there, asking Greene, “Do you support murdering children?

Greene response, “No, Do YOU support murdering children?”

The young survivor pushed back, letting Green know that she herself is a school shooting survivor,

Greene shamefully responded, “Oh, really? Well, you know what, that’s a terrible break.”

Shocked by Greene’s heartless response, the survivor called Greene out, asking her, “Is this gonna be another f*cking ‘thoughts and prayers’ again?”’

At this point, Greene was left speechless — and beelined away from the student as fast as possible. What a coward…

Newsom then called for DeSantis to face kidnapping charges.

Specifically, the Democrat referenced a provision of California law which would make DeSantis’ transport of undocumented immigrants a crime:
