Getting Pied! Declan Blankenship won the chance to pie a staff member for completing Finn's Mission during our @american_heart Heart Challenge. Declan chose to pie Mr. Vuiller during 8th grade day. #uKnighted
Scholarship Recipient! Congratulations to Molly Daniel, Recipient of the Thad Morgan Memorial Scholarship. Given yearly by his family to an outstanding 8th grade Knight, this award is presented for demonstrating qualities similar to Mr. Morgan. Congratulations! #uKnighted
8th Grade Day! The class of 2026 celebrated the end of the year! Students went bowling, played 5-on-5 basketball against staff members, and received awards. We wish you the best of luck in high school! #uKnighted
Chromebook Collection! As students finish up coursework for the school year, they should turn in their Chromebook in the library. Keep chargers and cases for next year. All Chromebooks are due in by 2:00pm on Thurs, June 16! #uKnighted
Choice Boards! Students in Ms. Keith's classes begin work on semester tests. Each student chooses their own assessment style, including creating a comic book! #uKnighted
Temporary Murals! Students in Art classes use painter's tape to create temporary murals around the school. After a close vote, one mural was chosen to be painted and made permanent! #uKnighted
Singing Sensation! Rebecca Turner, former OKMS student (current HHS student), sang the National Anthem at Lakeside Park Club on Saturday to start off the member guest golf tournament. She did a beautiful job! #uKnighted

Rockets Away! Students in Ms. Schoenwiesner's class launched rockets they created in class. Students adjusted the amount of "air propulsion" by stomping on the launcher with various amounts of force. #uKnighted
Big Reactions! Mr. Mishico and Mr. Gilchrest gave a demonstration of chemical reactions to 8th grade students during Flex. Students witnessed the making of "elephant's toothpaste!" #uKnighted
