•Pass approved exams or hold board certification (waiver possible).
•No disciplinary action, serious criminal record, or pending investigations.
•Background check from home country.
•English proficiency required.
•U.S. work authorization (can apply before it’s granted).
•Practice only at approved rural facilities.
•Eligible for full NC license after 4 years compliant practice.
