Hot take: Call of Duty needs to STOP releasing a new game every year.

Just call it CALL OF DUTY and make it a live platform.

Because let’s be honest… we’re recycling the same guns, maps, equipment, killstreaks, mechanics and ideas every single year anyway 😂

Stop changing engines. Stop passing it around to different studios. Stop making us pay $70 to “start over.”

Add new guns.
Add new maps.
Add new equipment.
Add new modes.
Add new mechanics.

Keep building on the same foundation instead of resetting the entire game every 12 months.

COD doesn’t need a new title every year. It needs one game that actually gets better ever

I wish Call of Duty would move away from yearly releases but doubt that ever happens at this point.

It would lose Activision / Microsoft so much money in the short term from yearly purchases that I doubt they’d ever try it until the franchise is on its literal death bed.
