If you know my #networth, you won't slide into my DM.
I am not rich or wealthy, financially.
Be warned so you won't be disappointed!
Thanks for coming to my #TEDx
To understand how scandalously corrupt this ruling of 26 June by Isa Dashen of @FederalHigh is, you have to read his original judgment of 10 Dec 2025.
On pages 20-21 of that judgment, the judge determined that the Peace Movement Party (PMP) did not arise in the case & was both "belated" & an "impermissible afterthought".
On the issue of logo, he held explicitly that the Constitution "does not empower INEC to reject a logo merely because it resembles that of an existing party."
5 months later, the same judge empowered himself to reject a party merely because a person not party to the case alleged that its logo resembled that of a non-existing party.
#NoBeJujuBeDat?!
#Lifusprudence
I have now read the CTC of the Judgment setting aside the registration of NDC and it is worse than I had thought.
The unregistered Association known as Peace Movement Party is not a party to the suit and declared no interest to even join the suit yet the Court went ahead to set aside it's own Judgment on their application!
The Court then also failed to make any express order joining them in the said suit which means that PMP can and will simply "walk away" from the action having achieved their purpose.
In the end what we have is a case where a Judge decided to sit on Appeal over its own Judgment and for compelling reason.

A friend and colleague of mine, Stanley Ugwuoke reminded me this morning of what happened in India at the Delhi High Court of Justice in October 2007 where Justice V.B Gupta made an unprecedented order directing a lower court Judge, R.K. Tiwari to go back to Law school for a three months refresher on criminal law for bypassing standard legal processes and issuing an arrest warrant that directly defied previous High Court Ruling.
I wish the appellate courts would be able to copy the Delhi High court in this matter.
What the Judge has done in this matter has never been heard of since Nigeria received English Law in 1900.
At a time T, if the @njcNig@SupremeCourtNg@NigBarAssoc or whoever is in charge of the administration of Nigeria's judicial system don't sit-up & restore decorum in the system, JUDGEMENT would be hulked like Gala sausage π rolls and corn π½ on the roadside.

@FirstDoctor 60 push ups. I was at 96 push ups before but laziness got me to 60 now.
I have not worked since 2025 (18 months) that's how laziness got me.

Retrogressed the country so much, fast tracked our ruin & handed it over to Abijawara to complete what he didn't finish.
Ruined our borders, academia, health, economy.
Abominable nuisance. Continue to rest in pieces.

The last time Nigeria participated in the International Maths Olympiad (IMO) was in 2019.
The government's reason then was that it was not important enough.
The actual funding required is less than the cost of a brand new Hilux.
This is the most prestigious academic competition in the world, and our children have been deprived of participation for years.
Education has been pushed to the back seat for a long time, while illiteracy has been elevated.
This needs to stop now!
Tens of people waiting since 6am around Federal Palace Hotel, VI, for registration as advertised by @inecnigeria. Yet, despite the turn out at the Federal Palace, INEC chose to move the location to Tarkwabay thereby disenfranchising many.
This is unacceptable, and INEC continues to frustrate ordinary Nigerians who simply want to register and vote.
I hope that INEC takes this very seriously and ensures this never happens again.
This has always been my problem with @SenGodswill & lawless henchmen.
They've raped every institution & statutory processes in Nigeria just to satisfy their insatiable urge to stay in power.
Just like the #ElectoralLaw, this blatant abhorrence for process will swallow them too.
Pls listen to Senator Garba Maidoki representing Kebbi South, describe the process that has just been undertaken by @SenateNGR on the #StatePoliceBill.
A quick analysis of this video shows that each of those bikes carry atleast 500-1500 belt rounds of PKT ammunitions.
Now there're the policemen with their AK47 rifles that might have jammed rounds.
Do you expect them to engage those terrorists in combat, it is impossible.
There is no police checkpoint in Nigeria can stand these men in this particular video.
I'm sure the policemen will go to church for thanksgiving after this brush with death.
Then there's that stupid RCCG pastor, spearheading the forgiveness, rehabilitation and reintegration of these terrorists, into our society.
Also from this video, do you still think Gumi lied when he said the government knows each terrorist by name?
Or do you still think General TY Danjuma was lying when he said the terrorists and security agencies collude?
Or do you believe Lt. Gen OA Ihejirika is guilty of all the Nigerian Northern elites accused him of doing?
Nobody in igboland will wash the corpse of your late husband and give you the water to drink as per oath taking as they suspect that you killed your husband.
The nonsense you watch in the Nollywood movies is not Igbo culture...it has never happened and will never happened... It's just more of folktales.
Nigeria has now been delisted from the International Maths Olympiad, whose finals are happening in Shanghai, China, this July.
It is one of the most prestigious academic competitions in the world.
Nigeria can now only participate as an observer nation, while other countries can participate fully.
This was because of the Ministry of Educationβs inability to fund students for 4 consecutive years through National Mathematical Center.
Itβs a big shame for Nigeria.
