@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP What is happening? Ive been experiencing LOS since 10/1 and was told that service would be restored by 10/3 at 9AM. And now Im being told there is a “Network Enhancement.” Can you please clarify what is actually causing the outage and when it will be restored?

@Zoom Why is your billing department for business only responding once per day? I submitted a ticket on the 20th and only got a response on the 21st, til now there's now response. Considering we are on a business plan, it is frustrating that it is taking this long.

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP @pldt @PLDTHome I don't know what's wrong with PLDT, but we have not had internet the whole day on Tuesday and again since Thursday at 7PM. There is no update from your end about the status or if there's a resolution, and no response from your social channels.

@unionbankph I had the worst banking experience in one of your branch. I am stull waiting for almost 1hr for my name to be called. I’m still 5th in line. It took 50mins for the next number to be called. 1 counter lang. Such a waste of time.
