@AskPS_UK Hi I got my PlayStation 5 on the 11/19/20 and it was working perfectly but on the 11/20/2020 it stopped working I try to turn it on and nothing happens it just flashes blue and I can’t get into safe mode please help

@AskSmythsToys I bought a PlayStation 5 from smyths Drogheda yesterday and when I go to turn the PlayStation on today nothing happens there's just a blue light flashing and I have done all the recommended steps to try and fix this problem but nothing works.
