Here is the "Disgusting" Reality:

Fact 1: On my last official call with the ICICI support team, they explicitly confirmed that my account is a Salary Account.

Fact 2: I have previous emails where the bank acknowledged the same.

I demand an immediate reversal of these charges and a written confirmation of my correct account status. Stop playing these games!

Why should a customer pay for your internal communication gap?

I have the call records and the conflicting emails. If this is how you treat loyal customers by "flipping" your statements every 24 hours, then your service is truly bottom-tier.

My Questions to the Management:

Why is there a discrepancy between what your calling agents say and what your automated emails claim?

Are you intentionally "downgrading" accounts to regular status just to meet your fee targets?

How can an account status change "out of nowhere" without any notification or change in my employment status? This is a clear case of mis-selling and harassment.

The New Lie: Today, I received an email stating my account has magically become a "Regular Account"—simply to justify the exorbitant debit card charges they are trying to force on me.

Extremely Disappointed with @flyspicejet

On 11th March 2025, I had a confirmed booking with #SpiceJet flight SG2940, scheduled to depart at 12:40 PM. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by over an hour with no prior notification or communication from the airline.
