@Hermesparcels Where is my parcel? Have been waiting for my parcel for a week and your driver keeps makking excuses. This is becoming stupid and other delivery companies do not have this issue. Can someone please provide me an alternative to collecting my parcel

[Mr Fakas @Obi59610447]

Otherwise please return the product back to the seller and I can make other delivery arrangements.

[Mr Fakas @Obi59610447]

@Hermesparcels have emailed several times asking to give me a call so i can assist. DHL and other delivery services do not have problems locating the really easy address but Hermes always coming up with silly excuses

[Mr Fakas @Obi59610447]

Can someone please, tell me what other alternatives there is to collect my parcel? Happy to drive to where ever to pick up since its really that difficult to deliver my parcel and or ring me should they need assistance
