Some families tell me they don't believe Pathways is being open and upfront about what happened. I'm told there is surveillance video from the parking lot - that will prove the victim was never removed from the van that morning... and no one ever checked the inside.

UPDATE: Sources tell me that the 36-year-old victim was picked up by staff yesterday morning - and transported to Pathways in Mesa. He remained unaccounted for much of the day. His grandmother then called later in the day asking why he hadn't been brought back home.
